Terms and Conditions

By registering to attend the activities of the Youth Conference of RUEB Church at 13110 Old Lake Rd, West Springfield, PA 16443 for the week of August 22nd – August 24th, 2025, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I do release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless RUEB Church and volunteers from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage.

Furthermore, I do assume all risk of personal injury, sickness, death, damage and expense as a result of participation in recreation and work activities.

Further, authorization and permission is hereby given to RUEB Church to furnish any necessary food and lodging for myself.

Further, I agree to take no legal action on my behalf of any injury, death or damage caused by any accident or mishap involving me while participating in the activities of the Youth Conference. 

I do give my permission to take me to a doctor or hospital and hereby authorize medical treatment, including but not in limitation to emergency surgery or medical treatment, and assume responsibility of all medical bills, if any.

Further, should it be necessary for me to return home due to medical reasons, disciplinary action or otherwise, I do assume all transportation costs.

By participating in programs, services, and activities of RUEB Church Youth Conference, I agree to the following: 

I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless RUEBC, its volunteers and representatives, of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to your participation in our programs, services or activities.
